Job summary

EmployBridge in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an in-office Recruiter to support industrial staffing. You will work with a team to attract candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure proper screening via drug tests, background checks, and I-9s to place workers.

The role requires meeting daily recruiting goals, coordinating with multiple clients, and managing 40+ customer requests with urgency. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, on-site in Saint Louis.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting with urgency
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily

Responsibilities

• Meet with team to brainstorm candidate sourcing ideas
• Attract candidates through postings, social media and community outreach
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assess fit
• Perform drug screens, background checks and I-9s
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support order fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
