Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter for Industrial Staffing in Peoria, IL. This in-office role focuses on high-volume recruiting, building a candidate pipeline, and managing multiple customer orders to fulfill urgent staffing needs.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate drug screens and background checks, and ensure I-9 compliance to get hires on board. Industry experience is helpful but not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
