EmployBridge in Columbia, SC is seeking a Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will brainstorm with your team, attract candidates through postings and social channels, and use your people skills to match candidates to roles.

You will conduct interviews, manage a 40+ customer workflow daily, coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s, and contribute to order fulfillment while supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply

• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
