Job summary

EmployBridge in Columbia, SC is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will source, screen, and place candidates for fast-moving manufacturing roles, managing multiple openings and coordinating with hiring managers to fill positions quickly.

The day-to-day includes brainstorming sourcing strategies, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and performing background checks and I-9s to get hires ready for work.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus.
