Job summary

EmployBridge in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for in-office industrial staffing. You will source, screen, and place candidates, collaborate with teams to fill orders, and help build a robust pipeline in a fast-paced environment. This role requires Spanish/English bilingual communication and daily interaction with 40+ customers.

On-site Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Expect hands-on duties from screening to onboarding, including drug screens and I-9 processing, with

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements
