Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a talented Recruiter III on a 12+ months contract in New York, NY hybrid.

You will recruit top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to extend offers and finalize hires. This contract role includes health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, with long-term potential as the client leads in the Business Travel Industry.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $46 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
