Job summary

Paycom in New York City, NY is seeking a Recruiter to deliver all facets of the recruiting process across multiple clients and locations. You will partner with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and assess candidates against key criteria, while maintaining accurate ATS data and driving diverse talent initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, experience with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce, UltiPro), and flexibility to work varied shifts with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or equivalent
• Two+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Salesforce and UltiPro
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Flexibility to work shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals

About the role

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective regions. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the organization's evolving needs and ensure the best talent for each position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives and to ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
