This hybrid role requires three onsite days weekly and a 12-month contract with potential extension. Pay is $40 per hour on W2, reflecting senior-level responsibilities in end-to-end recruitment.

You will recruit, interview, reference-check, and onboard new hires, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth selection process and consistent hiring workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (may be required).
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience or related field.
• Familiarity with standard recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Comfort performing a variety of tasks under general supervision.

Our client, a growing organization is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the recruiting function supporting hiring teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, careful attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset that aligns with the hiring process.

Job Title: Recruiter III

Location: New York, NY. HYBRID (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension.

Pay Range: $40/hr on w2
