Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a remote Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Based in PST timezone, you will partner with hiring leaders, develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, screen candidates, guide them through interviews and offers, and use data to improve outcomes. This temporary role has potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

Our client, a high-growth, dynamic SaaS company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and technical talent. This is a temporary position with an indefinite timeline, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. The is a remote role (must be based in PST time zone) and is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and is passionate about identifying and attracting top technical talent.

Job Duties Include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structures, and talent requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through innovative sourcing methods
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive offers and support hiring decisions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
• Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness and talent acquisition strategies

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a technology-driven or high-growth environment
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals
• Strong understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and sourcing strategies
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience leveraging recruiting data and metrics to drive results
• Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment preferred

Pay: $60 - $70/hr
