You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a top-tier hiring experience, while promoting SEL’s culture and values. You will build strong pipelines, evaluate candidates, and mentor Recruiting Coordinators, with emphasis on confidentiality and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling culture and values.
• Mentoring and coaching recruiters and coordinators.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork.
• Experience with ATS tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle and partner with managers.
• Build talent pipelines and active candidate engagement.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates efficiently.
• Promote SEL culture and values to attract applicants.
