Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our technical teams.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an outstanding hiring experience, while serving as an ambassador for SEL's culture and values. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships, can work independently, and improves recruiting processes to impact organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Strong organizational, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent.
• Recommend placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Lead and support development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Work independently to define and follow area processes and guidelines.
• Model and apply SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand, create, and simplify processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

SEL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven **Recruiter** to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You will serve as an ambassador for SEL's culture and values, proactively building talent pipelines, evaluating candidates, and identifying top talent to support our continued growth.The ideal candidate is a skilled recruiter who can work independently, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate SEL's employee value proposition. This position offers the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, mentor team members, improve recruiting processes, and make a meaningful impact on the organization's success. Experience recruiting in a technical environment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly valued. ***Essential Duties and Responsibilities***1.
