Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an outstanding hiring experience.
You will build talent pipelines and assess top talent while promoting SEL’s culture and values. The ideal candidate has experience in technical recruitment, works independently, and can mentor Recruiting Coordinators while improving recruiting processes.
SEL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You will serve as an ambassador for SEL's culture and values, proactively building talent pipelines, evaluating candidates, and identifying top talent to support our continued growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled recruiter who can work independently, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate SEL's employee value proposition. This position offers the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, mentor team members, improve recruiting processes, and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s success.
Experience recruiting in a technical environment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly valued.
Pay Range: $81,300 - $122,000 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Recruiter II level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
