Propio is hiring a remote Recruiter, Global Talent (must be located in Argentina) responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive recruiting approach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and engage Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking contract interpreters.
• Develop and maintain interpreter relationships globally.
• Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement.
• Achieve weekly recruiting goals set by the department head.
• Use recruiting data and analytics to meet fill-rate standards.
• Manage candidate applications and flow using the ATS system.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience in the language services industry is a plus.
