Job summary

Synerfac is seeking a recruitment professional to build relationships with local job seekers in Pittsburgh and collaborate with sales managers to draft precise job descriptions and criteria. You will screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and assist with the offer process including salary and start date details.

In-person, five days a week. Position offers base salary with uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, PTO and paid holidays, plus Summer half-day Fridays every

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts.
• Identify active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors.
• Identify potential sales leads.

Projected Earnings for Top Performers:

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
• Base salary + Uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am - 5pm

Ability to Commute:

• Pittsburgh, PA (Required)
