Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a driven, client-focused sales/recruiting professional for an in-person role in Philadelphia. You will identify new business opportunities, discuss client needs, and travel to client sites to drive placements.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, performing quality checks with the recruiting team, reference checks, and contract negotiations. Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

Projected Earnings for Top Performers:

• Year 1: 45k – 65k


• Year 2: 60k – 90k


• Year 3: 75k – 125k


• Base salary + uncapped earning potential
