Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a motivated Full-Desk Recruiter to join our fast-paced agency team in New York. You will drive the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing top talent to presenting candidates to clients and developing business opportunities.

The role emphasizes candidate screening, interviews, and building long-term relationships with clients while leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools. 0–2 years in agency recruiting and an Associate’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in a full-desk capacity.
  • Preferred recruiting experience in Financial Services or Banking.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Solutions-oriented, professional demeanor.
  • Associates degree plus 1–2 years in HR and/or Recruiting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to presentation for clients.
  • Develop recruiting strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and shortlist for client review.
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare questions and materials.
  • Build long-term client relationships through lead generation and follow-up.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and recruitment systems to optimize searches.

Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing both candidate recruitment and client development responsibilities. You’ll lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to managing client relationships and driving business development efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, facilitate, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes in alignment with company policies and client needs
  • Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on open roles, market trends, and client goals
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the shortlisting and presentation process for clients
  • Schedule and coordinate client and candidate interviews, including preparation of interview questions and materials
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through lead generation, outreach, and consistent follow-up
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on sourcing tools and recruitment systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.).
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong interpersonal skills to represent the firm positively with both clients and candidates
  • Influence outcomes and drive hiring decisions through clear communication and negotiation
  • Manage recruiting projects and time-sensitive searches in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 0–2 years of experience in agency recruiting, preferably in a full-desk capacity
  • Preferred recruiting experience in Financial Services or Banking
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, CRM tools)
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A professional and approachable demeanor with a solutions-first mindset
  • An Associate’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
