Job summary

Mobycap, a rapidly growing financial services firm in Austin, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our internal recruitment. This standalone role covers the full lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and building pipelines across sales, finance, operations, and technology.

You will source, interview, and evaluate candidates, manage schedules, drive onboarding, and optimize hiring KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting specialized roles in finance, sales, operations, and tech.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and complex interview schedules.
• Experience onboarding, offer management, and maintaining high offer acceptance rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluations to ensure quality hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Complete reference checks and manage pre-employment processes.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, employment offers, and employment contracts.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure successful new hire integration.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and consistently achieve or exceed hiring KPIs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Demonstrated success with onboarding, offer management, and maintaining high offer acceptance rates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
