Job summary

Crescent Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles and partner closely with hiring managers. You will source, screen, and close candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will build and manage pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, conduct structured interviews, and negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks. Diversity hiring and inclusive practices are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, agency and/or corporate.
• Proven ability to source and engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers, candidates, and peers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

We're looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence

Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
• Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
