Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting databases.
• Review resumes and match candidate qualifications to client job requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Create and post job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Utilize ATS systems (Avionté preferred) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, job offers, and onboarding requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client companies and hiring managers.
• Meet weekly recruiting, placement, and activity goals.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employment documentation.
