Job summary

NMC Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Commission-Only Recruiter to drive sourcing and placement across client projects in the US. You will own the full-cycle process, from outreach to placement, leveraging your network and tools to fill roles quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or high-volume recruitment.
• Must have access to own recruiting tools.
• Strong sourcing skills to attract passive candidates.
• Excellent relationship management for clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a commission-only role.
• Effective communication and proactive attitude toward recruitment challenges.
