Behavior Frontiers in El Segundo, CA is seeking a recruiter to proactively source and recruit active and passive candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. You will build and maintain relationships to create a strong talent pipeline and collaborate with leadership to align hiring goals with organizational needs.

This is a full-time role with uncapped commissions and a focus on innovative recruitment strategies, university recruitment support, and a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background in Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service, or Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit both active and passive candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective hires to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborating with leadership teams to align hiring goals with organizational needs
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Support university and college recruitment initiatives.
• Communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with additional recruitment duties as assigned.
