Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Recruiter to attract top talent for ABA services targeting autism and special needs. El Segundo, CA-based role focuses on proactive sourcing, interviewing, and building a strong candidate pipeline with leadership collaboration.

You will manage candidate relationships, ensure a positive candidate experience, and implement innovative strategies. Competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background in Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service, or Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour + Uncapped Commissions
