Job summary

Small Business Growth Alliance in Irvine, CA is seeking a Recruiter to source and place top sales professionals nationwide in a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities include sourcing talent through LinkedIn and Indeed, conducting high-volume recruiting, screening candidates, building a talent pipeline, and reporting via ATS. A High School Diploma and sales recruitment or sales experience are preferred; schedule is M-F 7:30am–4:30pm PST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment of sales representatives is preferred.
• In-person or phone-based sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source talent: Identify, engage, and place top-notch sales professionals through recruiting channels, specifically LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Conduct high-volume recruiting: Produce candidates weekly to join scheduled trainings, utilizing multiple communication strategies and generating candidate interest.
• Screening: Source resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess whether candidates are the right fit for our sales roles.
• Talent Pipeline: Continuously build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and Report: Use our ATS to manage candidate interactions, track sourcing activity, and provide updates to the hiring team.

• Source talent: Identify, engage, and place top-notch sales professionals through recruiting channels, specifically LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Track and Report: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate interactions, track sourcing activity, and provide consistent updates to the hiring team.
• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment of sales representatives/Previous in person or phone based sales experience is preferred
• Confidence in actively engaging candidates, with a focus on building relationships and quickly sparking interest—alpha personalities highly preferred for this reason
