Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Remote (Preference for East Coast USA, near Ashland, VA / Bear Island area)

Salary: $63-73K plus profit sharing bonus and excellent benefits package

Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation renowned for its commitment to operational excellence and workforce development. They are seeking a highly motivated and organised Bilingual Recruiter to join their dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel to facilities and international headquarters. If you are passionate about talent acquisition within industrial sectors and are eager to make a significant impact, this could be the role for you.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiter with a background in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.

Must-have skills and experience:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • 5 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition (recruiter) role preferred.
  • Candidates with 3 years’ experience must demonstrate exceptional prioritisation skills, sharp decision-making, and high initiative
  • Proven track record of recruiting for positions across the United States.
  • Experience with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors (SAP).
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy, with the ability to advise and support hiring managers.
  • Passionate about networking, proactive communication, and continuous development in talent acquisition.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel approximately 10% (including training in Montreal, Canada).

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for salaried roles across multiple sites. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to attract and retain top talent.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing the complete recruitment cycle for salaried positions.
  • Acting as an advisory partner to hiring managers, supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Enhancing professional expertise by building networks, increasing social media visibility, and participating in hiring events.
  • Ensuring a high level of service quality and candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
  • Writing attractive and relevant job postings and advertisements.
  • Conducting proactive sourcing activities on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Collaborating closely with the talent attraction team to develop effective visibility strategies.
  • Travelling as required for site visits, career fairs, and international training sessions.
