Job Description:

Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing HR team. This is a remote position (based in or near Ashland, Virginia) with occasional travel (about 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters. The successful candidate will support hiring for salaried positions across the U.S. and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.S.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network and presence on social media.
  • Create engaging and targeted job postings and advertisements.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to implement visibility strategies.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages.
  • Participate in hiring events and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment module).
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (French language skills required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
