Job description

Candidates within a few hours of Boston preferred.

Fully remote candidates considered.

Provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions to attract and retain the most qualified and productive employees at Boston Medical Center.

Builds partnerships with management across departments to recruit top talent.

Develops and implements effective recruiting strategies from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

Utilizes the applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions efficiently.

Employs analytical techniques and organizational skills to identify problems and develop strategic solutions, demonstrating tangible benefits.

Acts as a lead consultant on healthcare recruiting trends, business intelligence, and various recruiting activities.

Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Requires one to two years of human resources experience; one to two years of corporate or agency recruiting experience preferred.
