Adapty ищет специалиста по найму на полный цикл, который возьмет на себя портфель вакансий и будет работать напрямую с руководителями и основателями. Компания поддерживает гибридную/удаленную работу и имеет офисы в Белграде и Лондоне.

Ваша задача — быстро и качественно закрывать позиции в быстрорастущем SaaS-стартапе. Ключевые требования включают 3+ года опыта полного цикла найма, умение закрывать Senior/Lead, владение английским и русским языками.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта полноцикозного найма внутри компании, в быстрорастущей тех/ SaaS команде.
• Умение закрывать Senior и Lead роли через прямые источники, а не только через inbound/агентства.
• Умение анализировать показатели найма: наймы, Time to Offer, конверсия воронки, удержание испытаний.

Responsibilities

• Вести вакансии от intake до предложения и найма.
• Управлять прямым поиском и построением пайплайнов талантов.

Описание: At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.

Задачи:

Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire. Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar. Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound. Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it’s wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so. Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role’s competencies. Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates. Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn’t, and make the process faster and better.

Требования:

• You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
• You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
• You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention.
• You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
• You are a strong stakeholder partner.
• You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
• You move fast and own your results.
• When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
• You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
• Будет плюсом: Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools; Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening; Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets
