Responsibilities

• Полный цикл найма: от брифа менеджера по найму до офера
• Управление до 5 вакансий одновременно в разных направлениях
• Поиск, отбор, оценка и привлечение кандидатов на международном рынке
• Проведение скринингов и интервью по hard и soft skills
• Разработка стратегий поиска и сценариев отбора
• Согласование приоритетов с менеджерами по найму, формирование профилей ролей
• Поддержка качественной воронки кандидатов с аналитикой
• Участие в улучшении процесса найма, включая scoring, дебрифинги и планку найма
• Представление Unimatch Lab в профессиональных сообществах и прямых коммуникациях с кандидатами

Unimatch Lab is an AI-agent-run venture builder from San Francisco with seven products across Future of Work, Longevity, Kids Universe, and Education.

Задачи

• Run the full recruiting cycle from hiring-manager brief to offer
• Own up to five vacancies at a time across engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and other areas
• Source, screen, assess, and attract candidates on the international market
• Run screening and interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Build role-specific sourcing strategies and screening scripts
• Agree on priorities with hiring managers, shape role profiles, and close the feedback loop
• Maintain a high-quality candidate funnel with clear analytics on conversions, sources, and time-to-fill
• Follow and improve the team's hiring process, including scorecards, debriefs, and the hiring bar
• Represent Unimatch Lab in professional communities and in direct candidate communication
• Meet success metrics of 4 / 6 / 8 hires closed per quarter (minimum / target / stretch), with up to five vacancies open at a time
• Maintain candidate funnel quality, with hiring managers agreeing with shortlisted candidates and hires passing probation
• Provide clear analytics on every vacancy, including conversions, sources, and time-to-fill

Требования

• 4+ Years of hands‑on full-cycle recruiting, including at least two years in startups or fast‑growing tech companies
• Track record of closing roles in engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing, and sales, including senior and hard‑to‑fill roles
• Hands‑on international recruiting across the USA, MENA, EU, and LATAM, including search, selection, assessment, and outreach
• Ability to conduct screening and interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Experience maintaining a recruiting funnel with clear reporting on conversions, sources, and time-to-fill
• Comfortable working with hiring managers on priorities, role profiles, and feedback
• Working command of LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray, Boolean Search, Notion, and Claude; expected level includes writing your own agent skills from scratch
• English B2 or higher
• Russian: native or fluent
