Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for hospitality and other high-volume staffing needs across the country.

The ideal candidate has staffing agency experience, can move candidates quickly from application to placement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Indeed, ATS platforms, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job orders and recruiting priorities
• Submit qualified candidates for open positions
• Coordinate client interviews when required
• Post and maintain job advertisements
• Source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Review applications and resumes
• Conduct candidate interviews and determine qualifications
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates
• Assist candidates through the onboarding process
• Keep candidate profiles, notes, and statuses accurate and updated
• Help reduce candidate fall-offs and no-shows
• Participate in hiring events and recruiting campaigns
• Work closely with Operations to fill urgent staffing needs

Experienced Staffing Recruiter

Staffing Agency Experience Required

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for hospitality and other high-volume staffing needs across the country.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who already understands the staffing industry and knows how to move candidates quickly from application to placement.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned job orders and recruiting priorities
• Post and maintain job advertisements
• Source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience REQUIRED
• Staffing agency experience REQUIRED
• Experience recruiting hourly employees strongly preferred
• Hospitality staffing experience is a plus
• Experience with Indeed, ATS platforms, and candidate sourcing tools
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and follow-up
• Able to work with urgency and manage multiple open positions
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a recruiting team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
