StaffSource is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Knoxville. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates with clients, while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.
  • Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and provide detailed candidate profiles.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment activities as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and performance goals.
  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community networking opportunities as needed.

  • Experience recruiting for administrative, clerical, industrial, skilled trades, manufacturing, healthcare, or professional positions.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
