Job summary

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across production, warehouse, distribution, and operations teams. This role will partner closely with plant leadership and hiring managers to attract and hire talent in a fast-paced environment while helping maintain a strong workforce across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, industrial, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
