Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Department: Talent Acquisition/Human Resources

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager/VP HR & Employee Relations

Position: Remote

Job Summary:

HRI Properties is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition/HR Shared Services team. This person will play a key role in assisting the organization through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of the Workday system and an understanding of talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking and background check procedures. They should also be able to assist with vendor management and billing for these areas.

The candidate will have experience interacting with internal business partners and leaders at all levels. They will support system updates (such as job postings and edits) and identify solutions to common user requests. The role includes managing their own requisitions and assisting properties across the portfolio with talent acquisition needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front-line resource to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers regarding recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition and HRIS to automate and improve business processes.
  • Assist with job requisition workflows from posting and approval to closing and recording.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to system users.
  • Manage background checks with vendors and resolve escalated issues.
  • Partner with HRIS to resolve technical issues affecting recruiting processes or data management.
  • Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition roadmap.
  • Act as the main contact for escalated Talent Acquisition calls from external clients and applicants.
  • Manage content on career sites, including job requisitions, offer letters, and candidate communication templates.

Required Experience:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, FCC, OFCCP Compliance, and reporting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing changing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Experience booking travel and managing multiple interview processes simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • HRIS/ATS experience is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient.
