Job Summary:
HRI Properties is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition/HR Shared Services team. This person will play a key role in assisting the organization through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of the Workday system and an understanding of talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking and background check procedures. They should also be able to assist with vendor management and billing for these areas.
The candidate will have experience interacting with internal business partners and leaders at all levels. They will support system updates (such as job postings and edits) and identify solutions to common user requests. The role includes managing their own requisitions and assisting properties across the portfolio with talent acquisition needs.
