Full remote role, with semi-annual team visits/retreats.

What You Need for this Position

• Have 2+ years of Recruiting/Business Development experience within Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• Specific sales / proven billing background
• Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
• Eager to build a career, not just find another job.
• Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
• Outside-the-box thinker
• Sales and money-motivated individual
