Job Description:

Hirewell is seeking a Recruiter with insurance and/or financial services experience to support a key client engagement. This is a contract role focused on sourcing and managing end-to-end recruitment for roles in the insurance and financial services space—not a high-volume sales recruiting role. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, can partner closely with hiring managers, and understands the nuance of sourcing specialized talent in a competitive market.

This is a remote, contract position

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for insurance and finance industry roles
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for client-specific needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on role requirements and search strategy
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the ATS
• Deliver a high-quality, candidate-centric experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus in the insurance or financial services sectors
• Agency experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize competing demands
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
