Senior Recruiter – Accounting & Legal

Remote | Full-time

Sigil Partners is expanding. We’re a high-performance recruiting firm with deep roots in the Technology and Engineering space—and we’re now growing our specialized silo in Legal, Accounting, and Finance. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to navigate these nuanced sectors and can deliver excellent results for sophisticated clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for Accounting, Finance, and Legal roles—both contract and direct hire
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across specialized domains (CPA, Audit, Tax, Financial Reporting, In-house Counsel, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs and deliver qualified, vetted talent
• Provide consultative insights to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Jump in as needed on adjacent verticals such as Sales, Marketing, or IT roles

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of agency recruiting experience, with a proven focus in at least one of: Accounting, Finance, or Legal
• Strong understanding of industry roles, credentials, and hiring nuances (Big 4, JD vs. LLM, SEC reporting, etc.)
• High ownership, low ego: you care about results and relationships and know how to win as a team
• Comfortable working autonomously and remotely in a fast-moving, high-output environment
• Bonus: experience with Sales, Marketing, or Technical roles (especially in fast-growing companies or startups)
