Job summary

BCforward is actively seeking a highly motivated Recruiter 2 to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this fully remote role, you'll leverage your skills to manage the recruiting lifecycle, focusing on efficiency and quality. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter 2 for an opportunity with our client

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Fully Remote

Typical Day in the Role: (Only 3-4 Years over all experience needed)

As a Recruiting Generalist you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Please ensure candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to role or OR bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.

• Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines

• Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines

• Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates

• Adaptive to process changes

• Detail oriented

• Experience with Tracking Systems

• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
