If you are an experienced physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruiter, there has never been a better time to go out independently as a 1099 healthcare recruiter. As an independent recruiter, you are your own boss, work when you want, and where you want (out of a home office, on the road, or while traveling), similar to the healthcare professionals you recruit seeking locum tenens and permanent placement assignments.

As a 1099 Independent Recruiter, you have the opportunity to earn uncapped income as this is 100% commission-based and easily generates $100K or more.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top provider talent for healthcare facilities nationwide
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source providers
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Recruit candidates via phone, email, or text
• Submit physician and advanced practice providers to exclusive locum and permanent jobs at elite healthcare organizations – from anywhere
