System One, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews for roles across multiple sectors in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will leverage diverse platforms to identify top talent and coordinate with hiring managers to fill openings efficiently.

You will manage candidate relationships, maintain robust databases, and stay compliant with employment laws while contributing to growth through strategic placements and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry.
• 3+ years of recruiter experience in staffing agencies.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS (Bullhorn).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans to build a qualified applicant pool for current and future openings.
• Create situational and behavioral questions for interviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
• Develop job based situational and behavioral questions for current and future job openings
• Conduct interviews for a wide-range of positions
• Develop relationships and open lines of communication with the Business Accounts Manager to help ensure successful placements
• Research industry to understand requirements of positions and identify successful candidates
• Update and maintain candidate database
• Tracks and maintains records on candidates, job listings and client status
• Stay abreast of any changes to federal and state employment laws as it relates to interviews and hiring
• Leverage AI Agents to be more efficient sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry.
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience as a Recruiter for a staffing agency, preferably in energy, engineering, manufacturing or light industrial.
• Proficiency in a variety of candidate souring platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop a rapport with candidate base

COMPENSATION:

Salary plus monthly commission on individual placements and resulting gross profit margin.
