Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top-performing technical professionals for a variety of positions.
• Work with the team to support customer recruiting needs.
• Strategically source via internet, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, internal databases, and other resources.
• Evaluate candidates through interviews (in-person and phone) and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate relationships and manage contract employees on assignment.
• Adhere to the full hiring life cycle policies and procedures.
• Complete pre-employment processes and background checks, etc.
• Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business locally and nationally.
• Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accounts.
