Job summary

System One, Inc. is hiring for a Recruiter to support our growing staffing team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves developing staffing plans, screening and interviewing candidates, and building strong client relationships to ensure successful placements.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of recruiter experience in staffing, strong communication, and proficiency with sourcing platforms and ATS systems. This on-site role offers commission on placements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Recruiter for a staffing agency.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings.
• Develop interview questions for current and future openings.
• Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions.
• Develop relationships with the Business Accounts Manager to ensure successful placements.
• Research industry to understand position requirements and identify successful candidates.
• Update and maintain candidate database and records on candidates, job listings, and client status.
• Stay updated on federal and state employment laws as they relate to interviews and hiring.
• Leverage AI Agents to improve sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
• Develop job based situational and behavioral questions for current and future job openings
• Conduct interviews for a wide-range of positions
• Develop relationships and open lines of communication with the Business Accounts Manager to help ensure successful placements
• Research industry to understand requirements of positions and identify successful candidates
• Update and maintain candidate database
• Tracks and maintains records on candidates, job listings and client status
• Stay abreast of any changes to federal and state employment laws as it relates to interviews and hiring
• Leverage AI Agents to be more efficient sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry.
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience as a Recruiter for a staffing agency, preferably in energy, engineering, manufacturing or light industrial.
• Proficiency in a variety of candidate souring platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop a rapport with candidate base

COMPENSATION:

Salary plus monthly commission on individual placements and resulting gross profit margin.
