Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks in Springfield, MO, is seeking a full-time Recruiter to help us find compassionate, dependable caregivers who can make a meaningful difference in our community.

You will own the full hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, conduct interviews, coordinate background checks, and partner with caregiving and admin teams to build a strong, reliable care team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or hiring is preferred.
• Healthcare or home-care experience is a plus.

Seniors Helping Seniors® Ozarks

Springfield, MO

Seniors Helping Seniors® Ozarks is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Recruiter to help us find compassionate, dependable caregivers who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

This role is responsible for actively recruiting, screening, and hiring caregivers to support our expanding client base. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will manage the full hiring process - from sourcing candidates to onboarding new caregivers - while helping build a strong and reliable care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple applicants and priorities
• Comfortable using job boards, email, and applicant tracking systems
• Passion for helping seniors and supporting caregivers

Monday – Friday, Rotating Weekends
