The Recruiter drives full-cycle hiring to meet caregiver and office staffing demand across new and existing client cases. You will source, screen, and hire qualified caregivers, coordinate interviews, and partner with staffing/scheduling leads to ensure timely case coverage. Success is measured by time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Own full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and select office roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, orientation, and onboarding
Build and manage a proactive caregiver pipeline aligned to forecasted caseloads and client needs
Conduct phone screens to validate availability, skills, credentials, and home care fit; schedule candidateinterviews
Partner with Staffing/Scheduling and Care Management to align hiring with client acuity, location, and shift preferences
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and HIPAA; maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS
Coordinate background checks, license/verification, I-9, and onboarding readiness with HR/Admin
Support employer branding and job seeker experience; clearly communicate role expectations and in-home care requirements
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to support urgent scheduling needs
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, HR, or related field)
1-3 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or Human Resources; healthcare/home care recruiting a plus
Working knowledge of hiring compliance; strong attention to detail and data accuracy; HIPAA awareness
Proficient with ATS/HRIS and productivity tools (Google Workspace); typing 40+ WPM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build trust with diverse candidates
Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Experience recruiting caregivers (CNA/HHA/Companionship/Personal Care) or home health roles
Familiarity with optimizing Indeed job titles/descriptions and mobile-first formatting to increase qualified applies
Comfort using funnel analytics to improve conversion (applies-to-interviews, interview-to-offer)
