Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks in Springfield, MO, is seeking a full-time Recruiter to help us find compassionate, dependable caregivers who can make a meaningful difference in our community.

You will own the full hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, conduct interviews, coordinate background checks, and partner with caregiving and admin teams to build a strong, reliable care team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or hiring is preferred.
• Healthcare or home-care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and source caregiver candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective caregivers.
• Coordinate background checks and hiring paperwork.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records.
• Communicate hiring needs with leadership.
• Attend occasional hiring events or community outreach.
• Coordinate schedules with caregiving and administrative teams.
