Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Recruiting Specialist who thrives on building connections and helping teams grow. You will source candidates through social media, job boards, and events, guiding applicants from first contact to offer.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, communicate with applicants, and maintain smooth recruiting systems so pipelines stay full. Represent One Senior Care with pride at job fairs and community events, across LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience, clinical or administrative setting preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook or an ATS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Do

As our Recruiting Specialist, you'll be the friendly face and voice that helps build our teams. You'll:

• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and community events.
• Guide applicants through the process - from first contact to offer.
• Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-up, and great communication.
• Keep our recruiting systems running smoothly and our candidate pipelines full.
• Represent One Senior Care with pride at job fairs and community events.

You'll work closely with our HR team and managers to ensure every candidate feels welcomed, informed, and appreciated throughout the hiring journey.

What Makes You Shine

• You're approachable, organized, and love connecting with people.
• You handle details with care and keep things moving forward smoothly.
• You're confident using systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or an ATS.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting ideally recruiting front-line staff in a clinical or an administrative setting - or simply the drive to learn quickly and grow in this field.
