Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support the local team and provide general office assistance in an in-office role in Missouri. The position focuses on recruiting, onboarding new hires, and coordinating interviews while offering basic team support.

The ideal candidate is 18+ with strong organizational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office; training on our ATS will be provided. This is a hands-on entry-level opportunity within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / some college.
