The ideal candidate is 18+ with strong organizational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office; training on our ATS will be provided. This is a hands-on entry-level opportunity within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / some college.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Assist local team with recruiting and onboarding new hires.
• Schedule interviews, conduct interviews, hire.
• Willing to be trained on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• In-office position: not remote.
• Assist with various research projects and/or special projects.
