Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking an energetic recruiter to lead candidate sourcing in Sacramento. You will recruit via phone, ads, social media, referrals, and community outreach, while building local partnerships and attending events.

You’ll maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, assist new hires, and support retention with onsite teams. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a client production environment.
