• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, networking and referrals.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
