The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain an active candidate pipeline for anticipated hiring needs. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer support.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using a mix of traditional and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate prescreens and interviews to evaluate skills, alignment, and motivation.
• Present qualified, professionally prepared candidates to hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates aligned to anticipated hiring needs.
• Support and improve the candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure recruiting activity and candidate records are documented accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs and community outreach as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with active contractors and candidates in your talent pipeline.
• Serve as a point of contact post-start to support satisfaction and help address concerns as needed

We have supported clients all over Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland for over 45 years. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities to identify, evaluate, and engage talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a full time direct hire position, onsite, based in Manassas, VA, with a pay range of $60,000-$65,000 per year.
