Job summary

Cenergy International Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will source and hire hourly production, trades, technical, and professional roles, coordinating interviews and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on manufacturing recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and is available to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• On-site in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
